Learn to drive, activity break!

There are some fantastic hotels and golf courses nearby.  Would you like to learn to drive while your family spends some time on the Golf course?

You can learn to drive and take in some of the lovely scenery of The Rhondda Valley and the surrounding areas. 

We'll use a quiet industrial estate in Hirwaun, for your first couple of hours.  You can get use to moving off and stopping, changing gear and steering before you have to deal with busy roads and junctions. 

We then go onto quiet rural roads for your left and right turns. Only when you have gained some confidence will we come into built up areas and begin working on busy roads.

A certain amount of your lessons will take place around the test routes, but there will be time to take in some of the South Wales coast and some beautiful mountain scenery as well.

Your driving lessons will usually last for 5 hours each day (4 hours of lessons and tea breaks) You will then have time to relax or explore the surrounding areas, or even play a round of golf.

Your test can be taken in Pontypridd, Merthyr or Cardiff. Intensive driving courses are priced at £17.00 / hour.

The Magnificent, Cardiff Castle. This is the main entrance. Cardiff's StMary's street is just across the road.	This is the keep at Cardiff Castle. You can climb to the top for a great views over Cardiff.
